I have not tried a non-OEM rotisserie but the Weber rotisserie I have for my Weber gasser is 15 years old, and while the Weber rotisserie for my Performer is only a couple years old it appears to be of the same quality. Buying Weber does give one a secure feeling.
My 1st rotisserie chicken. The only pic I took. Marinated in Italian dressing for about 18 hrs. Sprinkled on Kosmos comp bbq Honey Killer Bee dry rub and Jess Pryles Hard Core Carnivore Black Steak and Meat Seasoning Rub in the beginning as it turned. Later sprinkled on coarse kosher salt and ground black pepper. Turned out great. Happy Sunday all!
