As a recent purchaser of a Dalstrong knife, I got an email about their new Gladiator series 14" serrated slicer. Pakkawood handle, granton edge. Rockwell 56+ hardness. $39.99. Fairly competitive with the $31 12 incher that has been touted here previously. Something to consider.

I like it! If nothing else, it certainly looks better!
I have never used any Dalstrong Knives before, I have not heard anything bad about them. I am sure this is a fine knife for some brisket!

Looks like a fine slicer. You will need it professionally sharpened or you can buy a Chef's Choice 120 - 130 to sharpen it at home. I have the 120 and it paid for itself in about a year or so.Last edited by mountainsmoker; October 14, 2019, 11:14 PM.
