You just saved over $19,900 on a knife. That must be an amazing deal. You totally need to reward yourself for such a steal and saving so much money.

I was hyped tonight finding some measuring cups from 1/3C to TWO cups, $9+ and measurements won't wear off. Pioneer Woman saves the day again.

It's all relative to your bank account or expense account. I happen to prefer the $19 Amazon specials

Most of my "good" knives are Mercer via Amazon.

I wish that I were in a position to even consider it 😂

No I would not, unless it was a historical piece.

I had Scallops sushi once, it was sliced thinner than a piece of paper. Chef must of had that knife.

If it was a tool for my job that required that degree of precision I would. I wouldn't want my Ortho surgeon using a drill that came from Harbor Freight.

The OR where my wife’s knees were replaced had craftsman tool boxes in it.

No! If my Rapala filet knife isn’t good enough to do it, then I’m not good enough to do it. If I spend that kind of money it will be the down payment on a new boat!

          Yep. This one!

My Rapala fillet knife - $10 on Amazon - is one of my most reached for knives in the drawer! I sharpen it once or twice a year with my manual Worksharp sharpener.

When a sushi restaurant in Tokyo pays a million+ dollars for a prize bluefin tuna, as they did this past January, of course you're going to want to use a $20K knife.
