Thermapen One most often and my Smoke for low and slow. The Smoke has been very reliable for years now.

Definitely my Thermopens. I just got a Fireboard 2 which will be the next most used. Then probably my IR gun followed by the TempSpike.

XR 50. I must say the couple years I've had them they've worked hard. Looking forward to receiving my new SnS 500 shortly.

Thermapen, then a tie between the Chef Alarm & the Smoke. I also use a thermo pop for stove top & my tea. I shoot for 3 different temps, depending on the type of tea I am brewing. When I go over someone’s house I always have the pop with me “just in case”.

ThermoPro TP 910 and two TempSpikes. I still haven’t had to recharge the 910 since I received it.

MK4 & Meater +, got tired of tangled wire mgmt. Occasionally will use the smoke or signals. Rarely. Mostly for ambient temps.

Thermapen (classic) that I've had for a decade or more is my most used thermometer. Second would be my Thermoworks Smoke. I have the Smoke Gateway as well, but don't bother setting that up except for long or overnight cooks, so that I can monitor them from my phone - the dedicated remote is kinda flakey in the bedroom.
