Maple bacon ingredient calculator not working

I’ve used the calculator in the past but it’s not working for me today. Anyone else e périmé Ning the same issue?

I’ve tried accessing it using Safari and Chrome on my iPad and with Chrome on my Windows 10 laptop. Isn’t working on either device.

FYI, the calculator has been repaired and updated so all of our curing recipes like maple bacon or homemade corned beef are live again!

I just noticed the following text on that page “ PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS RECIPE AT THIS TIME, THE CALCULATOR IS MALFUNCTIONING AND OUR WEBMASTER IS WORKING TO FIX IT.”

I was so anxious to make bacon.

Slow to fix website (bacon calculator) so I will be unlikely to subscribe.

How long has the calculator been not working? The warning message does not include the date that it was posted to the webpage?

i used the print recipe button which presented a recipe for a 3 pound slab. I then scaled it to the sizes of each of my two pieces of belly. They are now curing in the fridge.

Not sure. I think I used it in December. Working then. How long are you curing?

I’ll be putting it on the Kamado Joe Saturday afternoon.

Visiting a friend Sunday and the bacon was a special request. Last time I made some was either late December or early January and the calculator was working then.

This is still broken or it was fixed and broke again...There is no warning not to use it at this time

We had an odd issue with the site (CDN and WP Rocket cache) that cause a few issues. Those issues should be fixed.

Please take a look at the: Maple Bacon recipe page and calculator again.

We are still working to fix the curing calculators and will be taking them offline for a short while.

I put 3 briskets into cure for corned beef a few days ago using the calculator in the corned beef section. Today the calculator is down and undergoing a review of some sort. Should I be worried about my cure times and Prague powder amounts that were used?

Give me your information. Meat dimensions, cure amount, and the time you are using.

The weight of the first flat was 4.25 lbs and 1.5 inches and I believe the PP was 13 grams and 2.8 days cure time. I have this one desalinating now.
My notes are at work and I did one that was slightly thicker 1.625 inches and 5 lbs and I can't remember the cure amount but it was recommended time of 3.4 days. I also did a smaller 3.75 lb that was 1.5 inches thick that was 2.8 days as well but I have to travel to find my exact notes on these two.

I remember the salt was 1.2 cups and the water was 1.2 gallons on that first cure also
