RayJ lives in Thailand so it's 11pm (bedtime) there. I have texted him and hopefully he gets my text and can help us. If not he will get it when he wakes up, should be by our evening time.

Sorry for the delay. I was "fixing" something an broke the site. I found an issue with the cookies that should have been a basically make them not work. I added some debug code and forgot that the script is called via AJAX which expects JSON to be returned and not the debug text I added.
So, learning is fun.
Site should be back to normal now.
