Thailand is awesome. What they call BBQ here is a bit different. It is BBQ only because traditionally the fire is from charcoal. You basically just have a pot of water or soup (to boil things) around a perforated dome where you can fry things. Like thin slices of pork, chicken, beef, all manner of veggies, seafood, and sometimes snails and insects.
And there is a sweet/hot sauce to dip into. So good (I do not eat the snails / insects, yucky).
