    (To be fair, I think it is because their machine is offline, not that masa harina is suddenly in short supply. But wow this condemns my flautas for tonight to being suboptimal.....)

        bbqLuv You get a pack of 4. So far so good on the shelf life. We have eaten 2 packs since March 9. I thought about freezing some but decided to let it ride. They taste like a cross between corn and flour to me but there is no corn in them. When I run out I will buy them again.

      One of my favorite things about shopping at HEB was going over to the tortilla making area and grabbing a handful of the cut-up samples they had in a tortilla warmer on a stand, all cut into small triangles. So damn good, still warm from the cooker.
