    Here’s mine. Homemade spaetzel so did not happen. Hot mess!! I ended up using the store bought I had for back up. Schnitzel turned out very nice. I messed up the set up of the strudel, so it’s ugly but tasted good. Served with vanilla ice cream.

    Going to try and make this, or version of, this weekend.

    On a side note, we celebrated my Oma’s 90th birthday this past weekend and I talked about this cook with her! My parent’s were in Germany visiting family in September and had spaetzel a few times and they tried making spaetzel a few weeks back and my mom said it was a bit harder to make compared to spatzen. But after all that talk, I think the discussion got Oma and everyone else craving spatzen!

    but very nice cook, SheilaAnn looks wonderful!

      Ok….ingredients purchased. Won’t be exactly to this recipe, just gonna make it how my Oma has taught me. Sunday dinner for the wife and I. Looking forward to it!

        OKTOBERFEST!!!!!! Fun cook, made me think of Oma a number of times while going through this. Going to try and get her the leftover spatzen because I know she would love them!

        kasespatzen made from the kuhl drook - makes great noodles, although the GF noodles don’t get that extra umph from the gluten. But still loved it! And the Schnitzel cooked shallow fry on the griddle was excellent!
