Chrome crashing

Running Chrome on Android tablet, and having a lot of trouble with it crashing. It just started happening, and as far as I have noticed, only on this site.

What is the brand and manufacturer of the tablet?

You could try clearing the cache and data, but from the Settings->Apps on the tablet

Samsung Galaxy Tab, already cleared cache, I will try data.

Clearing data didn't work either, but I rolled the app back to the version installed with the present android version and I think that has done the trick.

Thanks for the follow up. I was reading plenty of articles on this. People having issues with the latest version. All good.

Long story short I quit chrome and went to FireFox and use Duck Duck Go much happier.

I had the same issue on my PC after the last Chrome update. A couple hours with tech support, reinstalls, etc. Nothing works. Goodbye Chrome and hello FireFox

I have had the same problem with Chrome and Firefox, I don't know what my son has me on now but its a blue e.
Solved the problem.

That would be Microsoft Edge, or, god forbid, Internet Explorer. :-)" The current version of Edge is now based on Chromium which is Google's open source Chrome code base.
