I don't know if it's still there if they've been re-printed more recent than last summer, but I noticed for the first time when perusing my magnet yesterday, in the bottom section of the guide at the 212* entry it is says "Boiling poing"
It's also on the photo of the magnet on the page on the main site for the guide/magnet
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Well according to the urban dictionary poing means "To jump exitedly into the air, like a bounce but with more emphasis on the leaping... used online excessively."
So sounds like when people start bouncing around ready for food you're at the boiling poing.
This is a new technical term for when the meat boils and your thermometer goes poing and pops out. No, seriously, I caught it like the day after they arrived from the printer and there is now a dent in my desk from where I hit my head on it repeatedly. Subsequent versions have corrected it. Sigh.....
