Liking a Reply to a Post - Bug?

I noticed when I like a reply to a post it also marks the comments for that reply as liked? Not the behavior I would expect.

Yeah, we've talked about it in a post last week. Bug. From what I understand it goes away with a refresh.

Noticed it too but when I go away and come back everything is right Good old Ray will get it fixed.

Yep. This is a javascript issue. So I have to find a way to catch the click event, and prevent it from increasing the number of likes on the comment boxes. This is only on the display, the real like count is not effected. Fun stuff!

Update.

I think I have a work around solution. A bit of a hack, but seems to work.

The downside is that once you click the POST like button, the COMMENTS like buttons will be disabled for about 1/2 second.

This will prevent the javascript from altering the COMMENTS like counts when the POST like button is clicked.

Genius! My favorite time in the Pit was a few months ago when the color scheme changed! I think everyone had an opinion on that little glitch! Memories...
