Hi! I was about to add a new post when I noticed that images don't seem to work. I clicked on the "Upload attachments" button for that 'toolbar' to show below the post textbox, then hit the "Upload Attachments" button to add actual files. They show up correctly in the list of attachments, but if I click on one of them to add them (inline) to the post all I see is a broken image icon. I've tried different web browsers, but the behavior is the same.

I discovered yesterday using ImageMagic that the supposed jpegs from my Samsung phone were some other format that starts with "m". Saved them as jpegs and they worked. Tech!
I just loaded three photos. Hit the photo (make sure it's .jpg), it should show up below, then hit the size. Insert the photos before writing anything. Sometimes renaming the whole thing including the .jpg extension works.
Thanks for the suggestions. I've done this hundreds of times, never had any issue. So I started testing various images, it seems the few I was trying to upload misbehave for some reason. A newly created screenshot works. All files are jpg, size 800x800, they load and display correctly on my computer.
Either way, I'll try and fix the images and try again.
Thanks all for your quick replies!
