slow, uneven site performance

Hi,
I've frequented the Pitmaster website for years and never encountered a problem. However, a number of months ago things started to go sideways. The site can be quite slow connecting to the various posts and I frequently get a small window that says "working". If I "like" a post sometimes my like will register immediately and other times it take a long time.
As I said, I've had no problems with the site for years. I'm running a mac laptop with OS Tahoe 26.5.2 and the firefox browser.
Any thoughts?

I am 12 hours in the future from Central Time. This will become 11 hours during daylight savings. As Thailand is a first world county, and the US is not, there are no "daylight savings" time changes here.

As for the servers slow response times. I have been battling that for many months. I finally figured it was the AI bots hammering the server for their training data. And all the other good and bad bots as well. I locked most of that down (Cloudflare allows you to just block all AI bots), but... I was recently told to remove all these blocks.

However, I will be rebuilding a new server (more CPUs and RAM) and moving Pitmaster to it. Sometime in the next few weeks. This should help alleviate the slow response issues. At least until 20,000 new bots are created (thank you AI) and the entire internet stops working so some websites or mobile apps can fail to make a profit. Oh, sorry about that, my cynicism filter stopped working for a moment.
