With all the new grills, thermometers, and other gadgets, I'm hoping we'll see more product reviews or even first looks. Just a siggestion and a wish.

Yes, I did see it. Fortunately not needed in San Diego. There are so many wireless probe style thermometers it would be good to see a roundup. My experience has been hit or miss with the most expensive brand. I’m wondering if there’s a standout for function and cost.It’s not temp accuracy, but issues around connectivity, the software and reliability.

Maybe not a review of one product, but a comparison of some of the top griddles on the market would be good. Griddles and pizza ovens seem to be the cool kids on the block right now, so a summary of which are worth the money and which fall short would be worth reading. And hopefully drive engagement on the free side.Comment
