posting pics hitting 2MB gate

never hit this gate before. I took a screen shot of a pic and also hit the 2MB gate
I don’t think a screen shot is greater than 2MB

Oh, just looked it up, screenshot is 4.4MB
so has there been a change to the max pic size allowed?

anyone else having trouble posting pics?

Sorry I am late to the party. Real life stuff today.

The 2MB issue will be fixed shortly. I did an update last night on the server (not the forum software) and it has a fit with the PHP versions that broke web server. I.e. the site was down for about an hour.

I thought I had set the PHP config the same, I must have missed the file upload limit.

It said my file was corrupted. There was an update to AR last night and the site was offline for a while. Maybe that has something to do with it.

This was a problem some years ago and Ray increased the image size. Last night's update probably changed it back.

I noticed that a while back. If I took a picture with the Kindle I couldn't up load it. It did work originally but at some point stopped and I would get that corrupted message. I now take pictures with my phone and send them to the Kindle then I can upload them. I haven't tried the Kindle since.
