Unsolicited Email Notices

Since last night I've gotten some emails that show a message from a thread that says I Followed or Subscribed to. I HAVE NOT subscribed or followed. Anyone else get these emails? Calling rayJ

All the time. Not via AR, but in general, email is a nightmare. I had my name as an address for years, turned into a mess, but when I changed to a name not generally predictable, it helped for a while. Now, I spend the first 20 minutes, maybe more, every morning, deleting and blocking cr*p from the email list. Hundreds a day, at times. Worse than the junk in the mailbox, which is easy to toss in the recycling bin in garage. We are victims of our own success, it seems.

Skip, our RayJ is @ raywjohnson. Have you double checked that you didn't inadvertently 'follow' a certain topic or topics? Go to My Membership > My Profile > Followed. If you see any topics therein, click Edit Followed, then Unsubscribe.

Not lately, but every once in a while I’ll get one. Usually it’s because my chubby fingers hit the FOLLOW key accidentally.

Same here. My user info says I’ve subscribed to 7 threads, and all were accidental.

Huskee, It shows 137 people that I Follow and in reality I don't Follow anyone. When I click to unsubscribe it goes right back to say I've Followed. Is there a glitch that raywjohnson should take a look at?

Not sire what is adding the follows or why you could not remove them.

I cleaned the all out for you.

Please check your Profile again. If you see any new "follows" for topic or members, let me know.
