Minor Complaint about the Home button

So I see the main amazingribs.com public site and the pit forum as kind of two different sites. And when I am viewing recent posts or searching for something and I click the home button I feel like it should take us back to the main forum home instead of the public amazingribs.com site. I cant tell you how many times I have clicked the below location just to be frustrated it takes me to the main site.

As long as we are complaining....I'd like to be able to bookmark the "recent posts" page. Probably user error.

Recent posts should show up on your main menu when logged in.

You can, same as you'd bookmark any other URL.

Instead of clicking the tiny home icon, click above it, the giant cartoon pig. It says "Go To The Channels Page", which is essentially the table of contents, the list of channels. That's helpful to post something or to browse something specific.

Recent Posts is the one most people click, that helps you to see the most current conversations across all channels.

Yes I get that, however it isn't really the intuitive option. Clicking on the banner isn't normally used as part of the navigation menu. I get that the style of this forum is dated, but it can always be tweaked to make it a little more user friendly. I would just like to see that the home button take you to the channels page. The channel page is useful when going to a topic area to post in, or looking up certain things.

Unlike every other forum I’m on, with this one I just click on Past 7 days and scroll. I have no idea where the posts are like if I were to look on any other forum. It seems to work fine and I may prefer it, but I can’t flip a switch to make other forums the same way.

That is fixed. The home icon now, properly, takes you to the Pitmaster home page.
