I never really downloaded them, bc I could read them here, but it looks like the Deep Dive E books have disappeared for members.
Related - something I'd love to see, and would be happy to work on, is a deep dive on smoking specifically on small charcoal cookers like the Smokey Joe and Jumbo Joe.
I know the Mr. Bones (RIP) always had great stuff coming off of these little powerhouses. It'd be great to see that knowledge collected into one place.

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
