Problems with photos loading, but NOT spelling "Problem"

Following is a screenshot of the error message I've been getting when I try to load some photos. Why? What should I do to get the pics to load? Apparently a problem with me typing a topic title too, but that is beside the point unless a mod feels like fixing it.

In photoshop save the image separately as a jpg or similar. Your file is a Adobe Photoshop Document right now even if the extension states .jpg.

Except, if you look at the name of my file, it ends .jpg. I saved it as a jpeg not as a photoshop doc. That’s why I’m confused by this.

A file type is embedded in the file and that is the governing file type no matter what the extension reads. Your embedded file type is psd. Not sure what software you have but you may need to use an export or ‘save image as’ menu item instead of a save as menu item.
