Trying to login on my phone

I've tried to login on my phone several times but have been unable to. I pull up the menu for member login, but it disappears so quickly that I don't have a chance to select the link.

Me, well I have ta figger out how to git my dialin icon back on my phone cuz I accidentally deleted it, joy of joys.

If you have an iPhone, just go to the App Store and search for "phone". Download it and you're back in business.

My phone is a samsung galaxy S8+

Annoys me to no end. I have a Samsung 22+, Android. When I pull up the site, then click on Pitmasters Club in the menu, the login pops in but is immediately overridden by a popup to join the pitmaster club, take a trial. It overrides the ability to login. The only way I can get through it is to click the Pitmasters Club at top of menu drop down, with one hand, and immediately click the login with the other hand as soon as I see it, and it still takes a few tries because so fast. Quite irritating, if you are logging in to the Pitmasters, do you need an immediate popup in your face about a free trial?

BTW: I use Google to pull it up on my phone. Google > AR > menu > Pitmaster Club > popup for free trial.

This is exactly what's happening to me

When we go to pitmaster.amazingribs.com, there is a JOIN NOW and LOGIN link in the middle of the Welcome message.

We have zero issues clicking the Login link on this page, and can log in successfully on our mobile device.

Going from the free site, using the hamburger menu (HA!, makes us laugh just to type that), and selecting Pitmaster Logon -- that takes us to the login page with no issue.

I have the same "not an issue for me" experience in different browsers on my phone.

I used pitmaster.amazingribs,com and I can read the posts. Weird

I think I know what is happening.

The menu item "Pitmaster Club" is linked to the Pitmaster Club Join information.

On PC, the menu item opens the sub menu when you hover the mouse over the "Pitmaster Club" menu item.

Since there is no hover on tablet/mobile devices, you tap the "Pitmaster Club" menu item, the sub menu pops up, but.... this also is a click action that takes you to the info page. So you see the menu for a second, then end up on the info page.

No simple fix. But I will see what can be done.

However, there is a way.

Step 1: click the menu



Step 2: Tap on the little arrow (not the text "Pitmaster Club")



Step 3: this should show the menu and not send you to the info page...

This is the page I've tried to use. I'll click Pitmaster Club, and then login for members stays up for maybe a second. Too fast for me to click it, then I'm taken to the join up page

Yes, that works without the popup. I use Chrome on both phone and laptop, settings same, so I figured was a pop-up issue. I just tried, by clicking the arrow instead of text, and problem solved. Thank you.

Once you log in you can't log out. Addiction I tell you. At least that is what SWMBO complains about.
