Is there any way to add a "like" button to someone's comment? I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to click on "like" but couldn't because it wasn't an original comment.

Willy I'm going to move this to the "Suggestion Box" where we compile these types of things. I think that's solely a vBulletin issue, not sure if the IT folk can make that happen or if vB just has to implement it on an update.

Willy, You make a good point, I Agree! If they are recalibrating the feature the Like Button could be LARGER!

Larger--LOL!! I have a case of essential tremor (trembling hands), which makes it hard to place the cursor on a small button at times. I've concluded that us'n with ET are a group that is discriminated against because so many web site buttons are tiny. It's time to rise up and fight the "establishment". ET Lives Matter!!! LOL

As Huskee guessed the like button is a function of vBulletin. I'll ask our IT guys if this is possible, but I'm guessing not.
One thing I know we can do is turn off comments, and then everyone would have to reply to a topic when they want to post something. That way all posts to a thread would be likeable. Personally I'd rather keep things the way they are but it's an option.

We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).

Most of the other forums that I use do not have comments. It is very easy to quote a post so everyone knows what you are talking about, and it keeps the tread linear. I come on AR sometimes and hit the new posts icon, and I go way back in time because someone commented on an old post. Then I have to scroll and search for where I left off. Frankly, I wouldn't miss the comment feature at all.
