Yelnoc You may very well have answered your own question by having the Zoom level in your Chrome browser set to Ludicrous. (insert Spaceballs GIF here)
Try setting your browser to 100% to see if things go back to the normal expectation; this would help verify if it's you or the site.
Another option is to clear your browser temporary files (NOT THE COOKIES, NOT THE BROWSER HISTORY) via the settings menu. Again, *only* the temporary files. Exit the browser and reload - see if this forced a reload of any behind-the-scenes files that the browser uses to display the website.

Yep. This looks like the browser is displaying obsolete version of the page (html, css, and/or javascripts). The simple way to fix this is the do a "hard" refresh of the page.
