The “Flag” issue is still persisting throughout as well. Uploading pics is taking a long time too.

Yep. This is part of the slowness issue. The system has a timeout before is adds the like elements to these. But, the slowness is getting in the way of that. I will see what I can do.

Yep. All this multi byte encoding and conversion is a real mess.

On some characters. I cannot find a reference to figure out what they are supposed to be.

This on " â € ‹ " (I put spaces in between so that future conversions should not effect it).

This think it should be the "single left-pointing angle quotation mark" : https://graphemica.com/‹

If fixed one post, can anyone tell me if that looks correct? Let me know if you recall something different for these marks.
