    Reminder notice is persistent

My membership renews at the end of October. I got the notice and acknowledged it, checked to make sure my details are good. The message says, "You will not see this message again," but it’s there every time I navigate to the forum.

iPad, iOS Q15.6.1. I did delete cookies, and restarted. No joy.

Ya need to make your payment directly to raywjohnson for the notices to stop.

And if a newbie sees this - it's just a joke. I don't want to get Ray in trouble. Well, maybe just a little.

You mention you cleared cookes, did you do a cache-clear hard refresh? Ctrl+F5 for PC, Cmnd+R for mac/iOS. Often stubborn things like that simply need a cache clear.

Sorry about the diabolical notice. I am currently reworking the code that controls that functionality.

I have remove the notice from your account.

Thanks Ray. It isn’t so much that I mind the notice as it is that you’d probably want to know about it. I have no idea how things connect beneath the surface.

I'm getting it on my PC and Android device. Clearing the cache and logging in and out does not fix it for me.

Definitely a bug. When you click to close the message, it should not return. I am working to fix this.
