I guess the feature is called Ignore but in any case, it still isn't working for me. Donw have you tried it since the upgrade?

I tried but it doesn’t appear to work, or at least not in anyway I can detect. Maybe it only works for future posts and not past? I’ve never ignored anyone before so I don’t know what to expect.

My experience with MountainSmoker is that it works on both existing and new posts, so it appears to still be broken.

Donw - it is sort of working for me. I found a recent post from a user which I could see, added that user to my ignore list and I could no longer see that post. Other posts from another user who was in my list for a while, I can still see.

I suspect that this is due to the cache. Not your browser cache, but the vBulletin software system cache. I think that it clears daily. I force it to clear. Let me now of that caused the blocked posts to be hidden.

Well. It looks like the "ignore" feature is still broken. I searched around the vBulletin official forum, complaints about this go back almost 7 years. So, I guess it will not get fixed anytime soon.
