Engelbrecht Braten is finally here!!!

I thought about this for a while. Finally ordered it a few weeks ago. Sold our large Big green Egg and chopped up the egg table to make a little storage unit.
Although the promised 2 day delivery turned into a week, it is finally here!!!!
just heating her up tonight, cooking will begin tomorrow.
