Latest project for the Titan Santa Maria

Ordered and installed bearings with carriers on the crank rod today this is a good improvement is it was beginning to wear into the rod pretty bad
no more squealing or noise just smooth operation.
So far I have built it a side mount brassero, 1/4 inch plate steel bottom with fire brick, and now the bearings.
I really enjoy cooking on it.

I bought some Feller's Ranch wagyu filets on sale a while back with the intent of cooking 'em on the Santa Maria attachment for my Kettle. Now it will be about 6 weeks before I can do it...

I purchased it on ebay there seems to be a lot left over pieces from other projects they are new less expensive
