Damn! That grill is beautiful!! I love the Argentine grill concept. You push the coals you need to get wonderful direct heat grilling. In Argentina, they get great grilled meat from these grills. I know. When I was in Argentina, I think I ate grilled beef once or twice every day. And I loved it. Their beef is not as tender and fatty as ours is but is full flavored. Mostly grass fed and open range, I think.
