I was looking at adding the OnlyFire Rotisserie to my Kettle and came across this awesome video of a Brazilian rotisserie called El Charro. I hadn't seen it before but it does look like a good setup if you enjoy rotisserie cooking. I've attached a link to a YT video where this guy does a good job showing this cooking a variety of proteins. As I said, I hadn't seen it before but it does look pretty cool.
