Stainless drop-in grill makers (Grillworks vs...)

I've been looking at options for built-in santa maria style grills. Looking for stainless, build-quality, aesthetics, and options like different grates, rotisserie, skewer holders, etc. Grillworks seems to be the pre-eminent player here, but also found the following and curious if anyone has experience with them.

    Wildwood -- https://wildwoodovens.com/brazilian-grills/
    Fuego Criollo -- https://fuegocriollogrillsus.com/col...uilt-in-grills
    Tagwood -- https://www.tagwoodbbq.com/collections/built-in
    Urban Asado -- https://www.urbanasado.com/buy-now

Grillworks is a significant buy-up compared to some of these and I can't tell if it's worth it or not (also considering service, etc.).

Edit (adding more as I find them):
    Gaucho Grills - https://www.gaucho-grills.com/grills/clasico
    Somerset Grills - https://www.somersetgrill.com/collec...y-grande-grill

I went with Grillworks. I really like my grill.

    I also looked at https://www.azbbqgrills.com/page-3/

Shirley makes them as does Lone Star Grilz

Old Glory did you get any of their options, like shelves/back brassero, the oven cap, etc.?

Old Glory looks great. How much do you use the brassero?

No idea about their international shipping, but this one also looks nice, with a corten steel finish: https://www.somersetgrill.com/collec...-grill-cor-ten

I used it about a dozen times last summer. Love cooking on it. I only used the brassero a few times. I was figuring things out. Longer cooks the brassero works great. Not really needed for shorter cooks. That Somerset looks nice.

Did you check out the AZ BBQ in the link above? I was very close to getting something from them.

Don't know what type of grills you currently own, but have you thought about a Santa Maria (SM) attachment for one of your current grills? Much cheaper. I know they make SM attachments for Weber kettles and PK's.

I end up considering one of those about twice a year but keep telling my self I don't need it. Would be fun.
