Any thoughts on the book - Tacos: Recipes and Provocations: A Cookbook, by Alex Stupak
While in Denver for work, I was walking around the Cherry Creek area after dinner tonight and stumbled upon a Sur La Table. As I’m browsing, I see this book by Alex Stupak.
I flipped through it and saw some really great recipes for sauces and many different types of tacos, including dessert style tacos.
I searched AR for a review, but didn’t see anything. Has anyone picked this book up? Any thoughts? I found it on Amazon for a 1/3 of the price that SLT had it. May be a purchase here soon and will provide a review if no one has thoughts on the book.

Have not read the book, but I did go to Empellon al Pastor a few weeks ago and the tacos were phenomenal. Doesn't help reviewing the book, but he's very serious about his food.
