I bought 4 of MH's SGB&G for some buddies who, after dining on the great food that I have learned how to cook (Thanks to you all) over the years, and listening to me extol unceasingly on the virtues of aforementioned book/website, have started to upgrade their outdoor cooking appliances and upping their respective grillin' and Que'n games.
You know you've hit the mark when one of the wives complains that her husband is up late reading the book, which he NEVER does, and one of the other wives says yeah, mine too! It is so fun to watch my friends get excited about what they're learning and how our conversations about cooking and food are starting to change. One even sprung for a Fireboard and is really looking forward to doing a beef tenderloin for his family Christmas Dinner.
