For starters I had no idea where to put this. I took over cooking about 2 years now at our house. ( My wife is an awesome cook) I like to improve my skills and get inspiration. I normally turn to YouTube. I follow Sam the cooking guy along with a few randoms. Does anyone have any suggestions on any youtubers?
A side note Greg needs to get Sam on the Pitcast. Those two are hilarious. I think they would be a blast when not in a segment format.

You guys already hit most of the ones I already check out, but I see some unfamiliar names to peruse later.
But one I enjoy is Hey Grill Hey, she's obviously pushing Camp Chef products but it's not obnoxious and a lot of her recipes are great. She's got a few that are even recipes of some of the above folks, but presented in a way that is just easier to use as a video recipe. I think it's a hard balance between being entertaining and being informative. Some folks try too hard to be both when they should just focus on one thing and post the recipe in the top comment.
Baby Back Maniac is entertaining and has some great editing, perfect example of how to be entertaining and informative at the same time. His videos were one of the key things that finally sold me on the MAK. He's one of the few folks who have the newest model and even though he doesn't go into it into detail, it was still enough to push me over the edge into buy territory

I love Munchies.........they cook a lot of different foods and the hosts are a riot. Especially Matty Matheson.......I love that guy. They take the approach that everyone can cook and you don't need a $100,000 kitchen to do it.
They also go out and try really unique food and drink all over the world. They don't take themselves too seriously and they have a true love for the art of cooking.

Although not as much a cook as he is a master butcher, I love to watch TheScottReaProject. He has a series on how to butcher about every kind of animal imaginable. It's not that I'm into butchery (although it is fascinating) I've learned a lot about the different cuts of beef, pork and lamb. Really good stuff, check him out.
