This just popped into my YT feed, thought I’d share it. Great video which shows in depth how Texas Monthly compiles their Top 50 list. There’s also several interesting interviews with the owners and pitmasters of some Top 50 places and LOTS of eye candy! Daniel Vaughn, BBQ editor of Texas Monthly, narrates. There’s a great piece featuring Ernest Cervantes of the Burnt Bean. Ernest is always a good interview, watch for the T-shirt he’s wearing. 🤭 24 minutes long but well worth your time.
