Barbeque; Smoke Out

First time finding this show called Barbecue: Smoke Out. Produced by Tastemade, and apparently available on a couple of streaming channels.

YouTube TV has it on the Tastemade channel.

kinda diggin the show, two guys, grilling and smoking in Texas. Kevin Bludso and Noah Galuten. Not sure if this is a current show or not, but it seems pretty interesting. Just watched the episode on the crawfish boil. I would love to try my hand at cooking like that.

Anyone seen this show? Whaddya think?

They also have a basic YouTube channel, but haven’t checked it out, so don’t know if they put up full episodes or not. Right now, it’s a marathon, just watched an episode on Ox Tails. They have a nice outdoor kitchen setup. Making me rethink my “smoke shack” idea. I may have to pipe our natural gas outside!

I just realized the Tastemade network is running a marathon called Hot Grill Summer. Barbeque: Smoked Out was where I came in. Now it’s Andrew Zimern’s Wild Game Kitchen. He’s cooking over a cool looking circular grill. Very neat.

I've watched episodes of that show on TasteMade and enjoy them. Kevin and Noah are pretty funny, great cooks too.

I’m diggin this Tastemade network. Just streaming a show with Pat Martin of Martin’s BBQ (Texas pitmaster & resturanteur). He travels the country checking out all kinds of live fire cooking. From fresh fish from the stream, to block pits built in the yard for a cook. It’s pretty interesting (and enlightening).

The show is called Barbeque: Life of Fire.
