Been on a cookbook tear recently. This edition is the first one in English, 2025 copyright. Looks to be amazing; one of the primary wedding gifts desired by young Italian brides. It has been in continuous print, in Italian, since 1929. Considered the seminal intro to Italian cooking. Old school, no photos. 1,680 recipes, Only 687 pages, prior to the lengthy index. It will serve double duty to do curls, if your weights are not heavy enough.
Also, Samin Nosrat's Good Things. I like her writing style.
And 2 local paperbacks by Elaina Moon, a local health and nutrition coach who puts on cooking classes here {probably self-published}. I took her recent Greek class. 20 of us, very well done. Will do more.
Where are the cookbook interventionists?
