Alton Brown and Guga test two wild homemade cooking machines—a massive rotating “jet fryer” that cooks wings with heat guns and a conveyor oven powered by rock-concert lights. The wings come out crispy with no oil, and the steaks get an incredible crust and perfect medium-rare finish. A fun experiment showing creative ways to apply extreme heat to cooking.
