Certainly creative. But how is that better than a standard, hot dog in hot dog bun, chili cheese dog? Frankly, (see what I did there? 😊) I don't like cooked peppers, so this version is worse to me. 🤷♂️

It's melty and salty, good for certain things where rubbery melted hard cheese doesn't work. My two cents, nothing more.
