I have one of her bistro cookbooks. Haven’t cooked from it in years but she’s a pretty famous American in Paris cooks. I’ll probably have to go back and peruse - I liked her recipes.

I have this one, it was copyrighted in 1996 and would not surprise me if I've had it that long. It's where I early learned about things like cooking fish, which i did not get growing up in landlocked Tennessee. I haven't pulled from shelf in some time, interesting the two recipes I have marked are anchovy garlic crisps, and La Broufade: beef and white wine sauce from Arles. Both need revisiting...
