    Bean shipment from Rancho Gordo mentions her, not familiar to me. Ultimately, ordered her My Master Recipes from Thriftbooks.
    Any comments?

    I have one of her bistro cookbooks. Haven’t cooked from it in years but she’s a pretty famous American in Paris cooks. I’ll probably have to go back and peruse - I liked her recipes.

        I have this one, it was copyrighted in 1996 and would not surprise me if I've had it that long. It's where I early learned about things like cooking fish, which i did not get growing up in landlocked Tennessee. I haven't pulled from shelf in some time, interesting the two recipes I have marked are anchovy garlic crisps, and La Broufade: beef and white wine sauce from Arles. Both need revisiting...
        Edit: haha, ignore the commands below the photo, it's the dishwasher door beneath the counter... After seeing the list of her other cookbooks, well, I need another cookbook like a hole in my head. Still....

          Received Master Recipes yesterday.
          She used to do cooking classes. One week, 8 students. Friday supper to Saturday lunch. $6,000 per.
          Book layout very interesting, based on techniques.
          Mighty interesting.
