My 36” Blackstone has been my main outdoor cooker for over 7 years now, and I always love learning new tips, tricks, or recipes.

What are your favorite things to cook?

Most cooked is probably smash burgers and breakfast…bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs, pancakes, toast, etc.

Teppanyaki is one of my favorites, but I don’t make it as often as I’d like. Mexican is great. Best refried beans are on the ‘stone.

Pretty much anything that I used to grill, except steaks and tri-tip. It’s even great for reheating leftovers!
