I just ran across this video from allrecipes, thought I’d share. It’s about 20 minutes long but worth a watch for sure! The lady does a good job with her narration, explanations and critiques. Not one of those looong drawn out videos where they sometimes talk just to hear themselves talk. She’s precise and to the point. Here’s the deal….. She stops at a Buc-ee’s and picks up every one of their frozen meals she could find, shrimp stuffed jalapeño poppers, bacon wrapped pork tenderloins, stuffed chicken loaded with dirty rice and more. These are all frozen and readily available at all the Buc-ee’s. She cooks them 3 different ways…air fryer, oven baked and grilled…..with a gas grill 🙄…..I’ve done several of these types of meals over the years and, no surprise, they’re ALL better on a kettle or smoker, but I digress. After each cook she rates them on a 1-10 scale. It’s got me wanting to try some of their offerings for sure! Hope you like it.

She did a really good job of presenting these and explaining as she went along. She has convinced me. Now I want to try each of the things she cooked. Minor problem is no Buc-ee's around here.

If you are on the road and have to pull over to use the restroom, it is a terrible idea to pull off at an exit for a Buc-ees. You will end up with Uromyciticis because it will take 30 minutes just to get into the parking lot.
We have one at the World Golf Village just south of here about 40 minutes, and another at Daytona. Traffic backs up at both exits and your bladder could explode trying to get in to the bathroom.
My main issue is the amount of cool looking stuff that my girls want to see/buy. Takes forever to get to and from the bathrooms that they conveniently put at the back of the store.
Looks like Buc-ee’s is expanding pretty quickly. Here’s an article showing all their planned future stores. synodog looks to be getting one close to him pretty soon!
