Oh my. Gorgeous book and photography. Looks brand new.
Learn about argan oil, made from nuts of the argan tree. Goats climb the tree, eat foliage and nuts, excrete nuts, natives pick them up and process them. (I learned some of this elsewhere.}
Interesting, I put Argan Oil in my hair. Despite it smelling good, I have never seen or heard of using it for food. My two Paula books I ordered after your first post have been, according to my email, been handed off to the USPS hopper for delivery tomorrow. Looking forward!
PW says there are both food and cosmetic grade argan oils, not interchangeable. Food grade tastes similar to toasted hazelnuts; is drizzled on couscous, vegetables, cheese, fish. Strongly flavored, a little goes a long way.
