      Amen. I’m happy but dog tried after doing 3 or 4 butts or briskets in a single cook.

      Yes and the heat inside those pit rooms was intense and they are in there for their shift.

      Yep, 10-14 brisket cook and I can do 6+ months WITHOUT THAT!

    While watching the Terry Black's video I noticed a video in the queue for Barb's B Q, which also was mentioned in the meatup post, so I watched that one also..

      The food was fantastic but there is a long wait. The lime on the ribs was a neat touch. Never had green spaghetti before, delicious.
