    I don’t really care for the whole “celebrity” chef thing. I do have two I enjoy though. One is Alton Brown and the other is this guy

        I don't know a whole lot about him, other than I enjoyed a meal with Dave Parrish at Symon's restaurant in Detroit called Roast (sadly shuttered now) and it was one of the best restaurant steaks I've ever had, and I mean that. A crust like none other. Everything on that table was outstanding. I trust this guy's recipes.

            He is a guy I also enjoy. His laugh and enjoyment for food and people is infectious!

              Are at his restaurant in Cleveland. Was outstanding. Also have his cookbook “Carnivore” and every recipe I’ve tried from it has been delicious. Think this is a cool find I’ll need to checkout.

                He definitely has a high self-esteem. (Moneyball reference) Never heard of 'em. Not sure if he does any baking or bread but knead to check him out.

                  I watch "Symon's Dinners Cooking Out" on FoodNetwork channel on Saturdays. Didn't know he was making it into a cookbook. Thanks for the info.
