Stick burners are finally getting it--going to pellet smokers.
The "set-it-and-forget-it" lazy people like myself, are making headway into low and slow.

I use my pellet cooker once I wrap anything that gets wrapped and needs held. At that point it's just a hot box.

I've used my SnS kettle running about 170, to finish/hold things while the PBC is rocking hot.

My gasser is giving up on me - was thinking about converting it to a pellet..... (hangs head in shame!)
