BBQ is a noun, never a verb. BBQ is something you eat, not something you do. BBQ is only pig pork, BBQ is never chicken nor beef. You might enjoy grilled chicken and beef but there is no such thing as BBQ chicken or beef. BBQ is never done via electricity or gas, BBQ is only done via wood, preferably hickory. Plain & simple: BBQ is only pig pork cooked only over wood.
Please educate yourself.
