        Just checked - I pre-ordered on 23 Feb, and today my "open orders" list shows I'll be charged $22.43 when it ships 10 May. And, thanks for the recommendation on The Food Lab. My wife's the (indoor) cook (and overall menu planner), but I love reading her how-to and why books. Her birthday is coming up so . . .

            Several new recipes, but reading the key is there is a beginning, middle, end and learning the concepts is so much easier that way. It flows.

          I pre-ordered your book several months back as well, Meathead . Amazon sent an email last week saying the delivery date would be around May 15th.

          I have The Food Lab. What a great book!

            I was lucky to get an Advanced copy. It's nice to be the Fine Swine President.😀 Didn't think a signed edition was worth anymore dinero....

            Just placed my order. #1 on Amazon in Barbecue and Grilling and #2 in Outdoor Cooking. I've got Amazon prime so it said I should be delivered on release date... May 10th.
