Watched a new 4 part series that appeared on Netflix Jan 1. It's a story about a research experiment at Stanford where 21 sets of twins changed their diets for 8 weeks, with one twin eating all vegan and the other having an omnivore diet. The goal was to see how each pair of twins' health-related measurements changed over the 2 months.
It was well done and I binged all four episodes. They covered the unhealthy industries associated with cattle, farmed salmon, and chickens. and the effect on global warming from cattle. (Exceeds by many times the polution form all forms of transportation combined.)
In spite of its agenda, it was well produced and highly informative. One takeaway is to eat smaller portions of steak.

I'm impressed by the creativity. You were right to be skeptical though: it's cow belches that are the bigger issue, not farts.

That's the great thing - not all docs are supermodels and gym rats, or some people would be too intimidated to go to ANY doctor.
