                  Wow is all I can say to Argentinian Brisket! Those cuts all together like that! And that grill….makes me start thinking about the SM attachment for the Weber again that is floating around lately.

                        I just saw the Jeremy Yoder cook as well. The amount of fat that was gushing out of that piece of meat was almost off putting. I'm sure the meat probably comes out really good but I'd sure be cutting out a bunch of that fat.
